All metal wheel of 30cm diameter. Th4e axle having diameter of 15 & 7.5cm respectively giving a ratio of 1:2:4. A steel axle passes through the centre of the wheel which is mounted on ball bearing in cast iron brackets reducing friction to minimum. The base has holes to fix the apparatus on wall. Complete with snatch pulley block, cord & hooks but without weights.
