Tray Dryer

Industrial Tray Dryer is used to zero down moisture in order to dry chemicals, powders and granules. Infralab manufactures Tray Dryer – Model IHE03  in India and supplies to research laboratories pharmaceutical laboratories,  clinical laboratories, hospitals, medical colleges and universities. Industrial Tray Dryer is available on GEM – the government e-marketplace.

Body:

• Fabrication: Double Wall Fabrication
• Exterior Wall: Mild Steel Sheet duly powder coated
• Filling: Gaps are filled with high-grade glass wool
• Air Circulation: Air Blowers are integrated into the equipment for a constant flow of hot air in order to maintain the uniform temperature inside the chamber,
• Heating Elements: Nichrome Wire Heating Element on three sides of equipment for uniform heating
• Heating Range:50°C to 250°C ± 2°C controlled by hydraulic type capillary thermostat.
• Thermometer: Dial-Type Thermometer
• Power Supply:220V A.C. 50 Hz Single Phase.
